The rumors are still just rumors and we don’t know for sure yet whether or not Sarah Palin and family have purchased a North Scottsdale palace house. The paper trail says that the property in question was purchased by investor Ian Whitmore in March 2010 for $805,000 and then sold for $1.6M on May 13, 2011, to Safari Investments.
Alan Kierman is a local attorney and is the listed contact for Safari Investments. He says ‘no comment’ when asked if the Palins are behind Safari Investments. For a more detailed investigation of the possible Palin real estate purchase, check out Dan Nowicki’s Arizona Republic column…
With some sophisticated googling, we believe this to be the North Scottsdale house in question…So does this mean that Palin is a contender for Jon Kyl’s seat, the White House or a new reality show based in the desert?
UPDATE: Sources have confirmed that house belongs to Sarah Palin. Here’s an analysis on what this could mean for her future…

Based on these pictures of the house and the fact that she is moving to AZ, I would vote for her.
Well, we know for sure that Tony Rezko wasn’t involved in the purchase.
They got screwed.
I wish she had moved to Texas, but at least she’s practically next door. She’ll certainly find it easier to travel virtually anywhere because she won’t be worrying about snow blizzards. Welcome to the lower 48, Sarah!

Real conservative! Looks like she is trying to get as far away from Alaska as she can get. Looks like Willow will have some real nice homes to break into and party like she did in Wasilla, gee maybe Sheriff Joe will catch her and she’ll get in trouble by the way it was the Morlocks house, long friends of Palins, oh and the daughter is Bristol’s best friend oh and the brother Jeremy Morlock is in jail for murder Gee Sarah who do you run with?
” Bristol Palin strolls around in LA with April Morlock, sister of soldier Jeremy Morlock, accused of “killing for fun” in Afghanistan and now convicted in March 2011
There’s a rumor going around that Track’s wife Britta has a “bun in the oven.” Just sayin’ — carrying on the Palin/Heath tradition. Rock-a-bye campaign prop, on the tree top…
I am taking my GPS and checking it out tomorrow. YIKES….The Arizona Palins
