The rumors are still just rumors and we don’t know for sure yet whether or not Sarah Palin and family have purchased a North Scottsdale palace house. The paper trail says that the property in question was purchased by investor Ian Whitmore in March 2010 for $805,000 and then sold for $1.6M on May 13, 2011, to Safari Investments.

With some sophisticated googling, we believe this to be the North Scottsdale house in question…So does this mean that Palin is a contender for Jon Kyl’s seat, the White House or a new reality show based in the desert?
UPDATE: Sources have confirmed that house belongs to Sarah Palin. Here’s an analysis on what this could mean for her future…

Based on these pictures of the house and the fact that she is moving to AZ, I would vote for her.
Well, we know for sure that Tony Rezko wasn’t involved in the purchase.

I wish she had moved to Texas, but at least she’s practically next door. She’ll certainly find it easier to travel virtually anywhere because she won’t be worrying about snow blizzards. Welcome to the lower 48, Sarah!
I was in AZ when news spread This is supposed to be a foreclosure that she paid $806,000 for. Way to go Sarah. You will dazzle the old boy network in the Senate!
Real conservative! Looks like she is trying to get as far away from Alaska as she can get.
